Detroit Medical Center Pediatric Anesthesiology

Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology

The pediatric anesthesiology fellowship is sponsored by the Children’s Hospital of Michigan (CHM) and Detroit Medical Center. The program is affliated with the Wayne State University School of Medicine. CHM Anesthesia offers an ACGME-accredited one-year program, that occurs at the Children's Hospital of Michigan, Michigan’s only free-standing hospital dedicated to caring for children. The pediatric anesthesiology fellowship involves advanced clinical training in all aspects of anesthesia and perioperative pediatric medicine. This program allows exposure to anesthesiology for complex congenital disease, neurosurgery, neonatal surgery, liver transplantation, craniofacial and scoliosis repair.

For a Pediatric Fellowship questions, please contact Children’s Hospital of Michigan directly at (313) 745-5535.

We currently enroll three fellows per year through the NRMP Match Program.
